Hailing from Cologne, Germany, the five-piece black metal band has built up an excellent reputation in the worldwide extreme metal underground scene. ULTHA’s debut album “Pain Cleanses Every Doubt” and especially the 2016 successor “Converging Sins” have had a massive impact not only in the worldwide black metal scene, but also on many fans of many different genres interested in extreme music beyond the usual patterns. ULTHA’s intense live shows, their visual approach and lyrical concept, their rampant sound cascades, mesmerizing riffs and bleak atmosphere separate them from the common black metal sounds.

COLDBORN is the brainchild and soloproject of Norgaath (also active in NIGHTBRINGER, ENTHRONED, GRIMFAUG &
ONIRIK and ex-Corpus Christii, Gotmoor & Paragon Impure). Live Norgaath handles vocals exclusively and is assisted by 4 talented live members. The shows are diverse, full of passion
and draw the audience into the magic of the versatile music, ranging from doom-like parts to fast black metal.

SOUL GRIP

Soul Grip is a post black metal band whose origins lie in the Belgian hardcore scene.

The band was formed in early 2014 and quickly started playing shows in Belgium and the countries surrounding that. That lead to a first 5-day tour in September 2014 which brought the band, that didn’t have any music released at the time, to Germany, the Netherlands and Czech Rep. In december 2014, Soul Grip went into the studio to record 7 tracks that would become ‘Avadon’, their first album. ‘Avadon’ was released through Consouling Sounds (Amenra, Wiegedood, Treha Sektori, …) on May 1, 2015

OPENBAAR VERVOER

De bussen rijden tot ongeveer 24u en vanaf 05u20 weer terug. De volgende bussen kun je nemen aan Gent-Sint-Pieters, Gent Zuid en Gent Dampoort en stoppen vlakbij Asgaard (Halte P+R Oostakker):
Lijn 17 – Drongen Station – P+R Oostakker
Lijn 18 – Merendree – Drongen Luchteren – P+R Oostakker
Lijn 76 – De Pinte – Gent – Lochristi – Wachtebeke
Lijn 77 – Deinze – Gent – Lochristi – Beervelde
Lijn 78 – Zevergem – De Pinte – Gent – Lochristi – Lokeren

Op 10 minuten stappen:
Lijn 38 – Gent Blaarmeersen – Sint-Amandsberg Achtendries
Lijn 39 – Gent Blaarmeersen – Oostakker Dorp

Het is dus heel makkelijk om met de bus te komen en terug te keren naar Gent.

Vanuit Gent kun je ook een taxi pakken, vanaf de Vlasmarkt is dit bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 8 euro.

MET DE AUTO: PARKING

Er is meer dan genoeg parkeerplaats op de parking van Carrefour Oostakker (P+R Oostakker). Deze parking wordt niet afgesloten, waardoor je er vrij op- en af kunt rijden.
